Payment is due in full when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patient care, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
For your convenience we accept: most major credit cards, debit card, cash or checks with a valid driver’s license.
We also accept payment by Care Credit – a healthcare credit card. An application can be completed in our hospital, online, or by calling 1-800-677-0718.
We are happy to provide an estimate or treatment plan for all recommendations and procedures. If you have not received an estimate you are welcome to request one at any time. However, please note that in many cases a physical examination will be needed before an accurate estimate can be given.
